How To Add Printer to Mac Computer Print

Go to System Preferences (System Settings) --> Printers and Scanners Next click the + to add a printer and then pick the printer

MacOS 11x and older:

MacOS Sonoma and newer:

Pick the printer from the list (for example Math Science 2nd Floor) and then click Add

Note: Printers are only accessible within the building they are located in.
