Download and install Google File Stream from https://dl.google.com/drive-file-stream/googledrivefilestream.dmg

Open Drive File Stream.
At the top left of your screen, go to System Preferences Security & Privacy General.
Next to "System software from developer 'Google, Inc.' was blocked from loading," click Allow.
